Baripada: A forester belonging to the Betanati Range in Mayurbhanj district was critically injured when he was trying to drive away a herd of elephants. The forester is identified as Pradeep Dehury of Badampur. Another contractual worker of the forest department has also been injured in elephant attack. Both of them have been shifted to hospital for treatment. The incident happened yesterday night when a team of Forest Department officials was trying to drive away some elephants that were creating ruckus near Benapur Village under Betanati and Rasgobindpur Range. According to reports, the Forester has been shifted to the SCB Medical College hospital in Cuttack as his condition remains critic
