Eight workers were killed and 13 others were injured in a collision between a pick-up car carrying workers and truck on the Samalout axis in northern Minya Governorate. Authorities in Minya received a report on the incident rushed immediately to the scene, where 13 ambulances were deployed to the site. The corpses and injured were transferred to Samalout Specialized Hospital. The Public Prosecution office was notified to undertake investigations, and the prosecution immediately moved to inspect the scene of the accident.
