One Palestinian was killed and four others wounded by Israeli occupying forces on Wednesday during an Israeli military raid on the Jenin refugee camp north of the West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry announced. The young man was identified as 18-year-old Ahmad Masad, from the village of Burqin in the Jenin region. According to local sources, he was fatally shot while taking part in confrontations against raiding Israeli forces outside of the refugee camp. Masad was himself a former prisoner in Israeli jails.
