The Community College of Qatar (CCQ) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Qatar Voluntary Centre (QVC) to promote the culture of volunteering in society and strengthen co-operation in the area of training volunteers on public relations and protocol inside and outside Qatar. The MoU was signed by CCQ president Dr Mohamed Ibrahim al-Naemi, and QVC executive director Moeed al-Qahtani. The signing ceremony was attended by a number of senior officials from both institutions. The MoU aims to establish co-operation in various areas, including exchange of expertise, researches, studies and data supporting the objectives of the MoU; contribution to the programmes and activities of QVC
