Longtime fans of actress Candace Cameron Bure got an unexpected surprise on Nov. 4 when the TV icon shared photos of herself with a familiar face.
On Instagram, the actress posted some new photos of herself at a restaurant with none other than Scott Weinger, who played Steve Hale on Full House and Fuller House, the love interest of Cameron Bure’s character, D.J. Tanner.
The two originally starred together on the hit sitcom between 1991 and 1995 as the cute young couple, reuniting as the fan-favorite couple Fuller House over 20 years later in Fuller House.
Despite it being decades since fans first met and fell in love with the on-screen couple, Cameron Bure and Weinger basically took fans on a walk down memory lane in the new snaps. In the first photo, the two perused a menu in their reading glasses and chic yet relaxed outfits.
Cameron Bure and Weinger captioned the post, “No waffles on this menu! ?,” which was a reference to a scene in one Full House episode.
