ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A convicted felon who escaped police custody and hurt a deputy in May has been convicted on various charges.
A Monroe County jury found Eric Fountain guilty of first-degree escape, second-degree assault, resisting arrest, and seven other charges on Oct. 23.
