"The Pakistan Cricket Board had put a condition before the WCL organizers that Indian players should issue a written apology for not taking the field last year and there should also be a handshake, but the WCL management only accepted the commercial conditions and rejected the conditions of demanding an apology and shaking hands. After this, the PCB has agreed to give NOC to the Pakistan Champions team with some conditions," the social media post reads.
