Rainfall in the rest of the Kingdom is expected to remain close to normal.The center said October is likely to bring above-average rainfall across most regions, while parts of the Eastern Province and Najran are expected to record near-average precipitation.Temperatures are forecast to remain above seasonal norms throughout the three-month period.
