She later released "Come On Baby," which found regional success, particularly on the East Coast, leading Campbell to record the follow-up single "I Can't Give You Anything But Love," a rock and roll revival of the 1928 standard first introduced by Adelaide Hall.
The influential DJ also marketed Campbell as "The Blonde Bombshell," mainly because of her striking visual appeal and dynamic stage presence.

During the early 1960s, Campbell earned one of her biggest international successes after her single "Motorcycle Michael" reached No. 41 on the UK Singles Chart.
