ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say a fight involving several people led them to shut down Grand Avenue off Webster Avenue overnight.
Officers arrived around 11:50 p.m. on Wednesday, originally getting a report of a man with a gun involved in the fight. Police say they saw a 40-year-old man displaying what appeared to be a long gun, but they later determined it was a BB gun.
Officers arrested the man and charged him with multiple counts of menacing. Police say they quickly broke up the fight and are still investigating. Grand Avenue has reopened to traffic.
