Since then, he has been on a cricketing break, only bracing up to come back stronger for the season ahead.
As far as the schedule for the India-Sri Lanka series is concerned, the two-match series will start at Galle International Stadium from August 15. The second Test will start at the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) in Colombo from August 23. Thereafter, India will travel to New Zealand for two Tests — in Wellington, and Christchurch.
