Netflix has announced that the third instalment will be making its way to the streamer on 6 August, meaning that fans have less than two months to wait till the new episodes.
In the season 2 finale, Alex overheard his girlfriend Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez) and Cole confessing their love for one another, but in among the drama of their dad George (Marc Blucas) being rushed to hospital, there were bigger fish to fry, clearly.

Naveen Paddock (Mighty Ducks: Game Changers) also joins as "handsome and charming" Elliot, who is the new intern for Jackie’s Uncle Richard (Alex Quijano). And finally, Erin Karpluk (Being Erica) joins as Hannah, George’s "nomadic" sister and the mother of Isaac and Lee. Her character description teases: "She left her sons to live with the Walters and then split for reasons unknown; when she shows up at the front door a thousand days later, she has a lot of bridges to rebuild."
