Sonora, CA…On February 17, during the 5 PM hour, our office was alerted to a residential burglary in the 200 block of West Jackson St. A neighbor in the area noticed subjects in a house. The neighbor attempted to contact the subjects in the residence. Two subjects fled from the residence on foot prior to the Officer’s arrival. Officers were able to locate 28-year- old Falina Grell, of Sonora, hiding behind a business in the area. Grell was ultimately identified as being in the residence. Grell was taken into custody without further incident. A second male has been identified as a suspect in this case.
