2026 DUTCH EUROPEAN SWIMMING TRIALS
July 2nd – July 5th National Swimming Centre De Tongelreep, Eindhoven, The Netherlands LCM (50m) Meet Central LivestreamThe 2026 Dutch European Swimming Trials are on the schedule for July 2nd through July 5th, where the nation’s best swimmers will be vying for slots on the roster for this year’s European Championships. That elite multi-national affair begins on July 31st in Paris/Saint-Denis, France.
The Dutch Trials are an open meet, where athletes from other nations have been invited to attend. Newly minted Australian World Record holder Cameron McEvoy is among the non-Dutch expected to race, as are the Belgian National Team and the Aquatics GB Euros squad, once both those rosters have been finalized.
That means new Dad McEvoy may take on splash n’ dash competitors to the tune of Matt Richards and Jacob Mills of Great Britain or Sean Niewold and Nyls Korstanje of the host country.
Peter Bishop, Head Coach of TeamNL Swimming, says of the competition, “The European Swimming Trials offer world-class racing conditions, a fast pool, and top-tier competition. As for the host nation swimmers, they will be striving to meet the following qualification times, split out between senior and those under the age of 23.
