Fog will scurry back to the ocean by midday then clearing completely closer to 2pm. Highs rise into the 70s and low 80s. Another heat Advisory is set for areas north of Gaviota starting at 10am lasting through 8pm Tuesday. These areas include San Luis Obispo County beaches, Santa Maria and Buellton.
