Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker will be reevaluated in one week after he suffered a right ankle sprain in Friday’s loss to the Atlanta Hawks, the team announced on Sunday.

Booker had been previously ruled out for the Suns’ home game against the Miami Heat on Sunday.
Late in the third quarter of Friday’s game, Booker was slowing down while a whistle was blown and he unknowingly collided with Atlanta’s Onyeka Okongwu and twisted his ankle.
After being down for about 30 seconds, Booker gingerly walked toward the locker room and did not return.
Booker previously sprained his left ankle in a road game against the Miami Heat on Jan. 13, which caused him to miss one game.
The injury occurred after Jalen Green, who was playing in just his second game back from a hamstring injury, left early in Friday’s game after just four minutes played. He was later ruled out with “precautionary hamstring tightness.” Green is questionable for Sunday’s game with right hamstring injury management.
In 41 games played this season, Booker has averaged 25.4 points on 45.6% shooting, 6.2 assists and four rebounds per game.
