Bangladesh not coming to India

Bangladesh won’t be travelling to India for the T20 World Cup. Reaffirming their stance about security concerns, the BCB stated that the ICC hasn’t dealt with the situation well. No World Cup for Rohit Sharma?

In an exclusive conversation with InsideSport, Manoj Tiwary made a shocking claim that the Indian management doesn’t want Rohit Sharma to play the 2027 ODI World Cup. The former Indian cricketer believes some people have been waiting for Rohit to fail, and he would’ve been dropped after three failures against New Zealand if he hadn’t performed well against Australia and South Africa.

RCB release statement

After the Karnataka government approved the KSCA to host matches at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, RCB has released a statement. Easwaran’s bizarre runout

In a bizarre turn of events, Bengal opener Abhimanyu Easwaran was run out on the non-striker’s end while trying to drink water. Assuming the over had ended, and the ball was dead, Easwaran left the crease. However, what he hadn’t realised was that the bowler failed to grab the ball, and it dislodged the stumps after brushing his hand. Easwaran was adjudged out and later admitted that he was at fault.

Getting dropped advantageous?

You’re either a glass-half-full or half-empty person. Arshdeep Singh falls in the first category. Asked about consistently getting dropped in white-ball cricket, the left-arm fast bowler stated that resting also has advantages. Sitting out helps him work on his game and remain ready for challenges that might come his way.
