Eighth Judicial District Judge Juan Villasenor sentenced 45-year-old Brittney Mortimer to 14 years in prison for distribution of a controlled substance (fentanyl) causing death, a class one drug felony; two counts of distribution of a controlled substance (fentanyl), a class three drug felony; and distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a class three drug felony, according to court records.
