How To Kill Time On Sunday Until the Bears Play Monday Night ...Middle East

Sport by : (Bleacher Nation) -

We have just one more sleep until we get to watch the Chicago Bears play football again. And while there are a million ways to spend your Sunday, why would you do anything other than watch football? Besides, you deserve some rest and relaxation after Saturday’s Halloween shenanigans.

The folks at 506 Sports do a great job providing the weekly coverage maps for NFL games. This is what this week’s coverage looks like.

NFL Week 8: What to Watch While Waiting for the Bears to Play on Monday Night Football

NFL GAMES ON CBS (NOON)

Ravens at Bills — If not for the network’s rules on how they go about protecting games, this would be the Sunday Night Football matchup. Instead, it gets the Sunday at noon treatment. It sounds like Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and Bills receiver D.J. Moore will be back for their respective teams. This one could be a preview of the AFC title game.

Whether by fate or by chance, the journeys of Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen have always been connected. On Sunday, they meet once again. t.co/PK3byaVkYx

— NFL on CBS ? (@NFLonCBS) October 30, 2026 Browns at Steelers — Deshaun Watson vs. Aaron Rodgers in a battle of quarterbacks who are easy to root against. There are no winners here. Colts at Jaguars — I have little interest in seeing what the Colts look like in their first game after trading defensive tackle DeForest Buckner and offensive lineman Quenton Nelson. But the Jaguars do play the Bears in Week 13 on Dec. 6. I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to take a look ahead at a future opponent. Titans at Bengals — The Titans hit the road to play the Bengals in their first game since trading Jeffery Simmons to the Bears. Cincy Head Coach Zac Taylor was so excited about not having to game plan for Simmons that he went on FaceTime with his brother (Bears Offensive Coordinator Press Taylor) to discuss the news. NFL GAMES ON FOX (NOON)

Vikings at Lions — A traditional NFC North Hate Watch between two teams Bears fans would like to see lose on Sunday. Cardinals at Cowboys — Even though safety Budda Baker has been the subject of trade talks, it did not stop him from getting in the Halloween spirit. And because of that, I want the Bears to trade for him. Could you imagine how Defensive Coordinator Dennis Allen could deploy Baker, Kyler Gordon, and rookie Dillon Thieneman as agents of chaos?

— Bleacher Nation Bears (@BN_Bears) October 30, 2026 Raiders at Jets — Here is a game I have minimal interest in watching. The Jets are a mess and the Raiders have lost four in a row after starting the season 3-0. There is zero shot I’m tuning in for this one, which means it will be wildly competitive with a dramatic finish. Falcons at Buccaneers — If you want a quick peek ahead to the Bears’ Week 9 opponent, you could impress some friends by sharing your insights after watching Falcons-Bucs. I’m not sure what the uniform matchup for this NFC South showdown will be, but it has the potential to be elite if things lined up to look like the image below. THE LATE AFTERNOON SLATE

Chargers at Rams (FOX) — An afternoon Hate Watch for Bears fans who want the Chargers to come to their senses and trade Khalil Mack. The veteran edge rusher has been linked as a Bears acquisition target for a while, but the Chargers are reportedly not making him available. Maybe their tune will change if they fall to 0-7. Chiefs at Broncos (CBS) — A classic AFC West rivalry that would be worthy of our full attention if we weren’t too busy Hate Watching the Chargers-Rams game. Patriots at Dolphins (CBS) — After losing to the Bears on Thursday Night Football in Week 7, the Patriots get a soft landing of sorts by playing a 1-5 Dolphins team. That said, the Pats don’t always play great in Miami. So while the Dolphins are winless at home and have just one victory this season, weird things tend to happen in that game.
