Karun however did translate his domestic juggernaut to the international scene. In 8 innings, he averaged just 25.62 in England and could only score a single half-century on pitches that were helpful for batting.
“You should probably ask the selectors on what they’re thinking. Yes, I did expect selection. I don’t know what to say. No words. It is very difficult for me to answer,” Nair told TOI in an interview following his IND vs WI snub.
