Still, based on Knight’s progress, there are legitimate questions about who will be the backup quarterback behind Arnold. That question prompted Freeze to address the backup quarterback situation, and he said he saw a place for both.
“I’m pleased with both,” Freeze said of his backup quarterbacks. I think there’s a place for both depending on the scenario in the game.”
