Taylor Swift fans have another reason to pay close attention to the singer’s latest behind-the-scenes footage. Travis Kelce makes a surprise appearance in the video, but you’ll have to look carefully to catch him.
The Kansas City Chiefs star pops up at approximately the 1:26 mark of the behind-the-scenes video titled “Patient Zero (So Let’s Get Into It Video),” available on Spotify.
And the moment lasts just two seconds. In the brief clip, Swift is seated in a director’s chair on the set of her “Patient Zero” music video when Kelce appears behind her, smiling broadly and wrapping an arm around her shoulders.
The NFL star wears a cream-colored, short-sleeved knit polo with a bold black-and-white checkerboard pattern across the chest and sleeves, along with a black baseball cap featuring white lettering from clothing brand Elwood.
Swift, meanwhile, sports an oversized cream sweater with the sleeves pushed up, her signature bangs and long blonde hair falling loosely over her shoulders. What appears to be a metallic watch or bracelet, along with a striking ring, completes her relaxed on-set look.
In the footage, Kelce smiles broadly as he stands behind Swift, gently wrapping his arms around her while she sits in a chair. The couple appears to be sharing a lighthearted moment, possibly joking with actress Dakota Johnson, who also appears on set, as members of the production crew stand nearby. It’s an easy moment to miss, especially since Kelce’s appearance isn’t the focus of the behind-the-scenes feature.

Still, the quick glimpse offers fans a sweet look at the couple away from the red carpet and football field. The footage also provides a closer look at Swift’s work behind the camera, showing the creative process involved in bringing her latest music video to life.
For fans who have followed Swift and Kelce’s relationship since it became public in 2023, the unexpected cameo is another example of how their personal and professional worlds occasionally overlap.
