Carlsbad families invited to Back 2 School Bash at Poinsettia Park ...Middle East

Carlsbad Mayor Pro Tem Priya Bhat-Patel and Carlsbad Unified School District Board Vice President Michele Ward are inviting local families to kick off the new school year at the annual Back to School Bash, happening on Thursday, Aug. 7, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Poinsettia Park, in the open space near the playground.

The free, family-friendly event aims to bring the community together with live music, light refreshments, and a wide range of resources to help families start the school year feeling informed and connected. Local organizations will be on site offering giveaways and sharing information on educational, wellness, and youth programs.

Guests will also enjoy complimentary treats sponsored by GelatoLove and Señor Grubby’s, as well as opportunities to meet other families, students, and community leaders in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
