Stefan Dennis is the latest soap actor to be rumoured to take part in Strictly, with a tabloid reporting that Dennis has signed on for the upcoming series.
He has also starred on the Scottish soap River City and has dabbled in the music world, with his 1989 single Don't It Make You Feel Good reaching number 16 in the Irish and UK Singles Chart.
When approached by the BBC for comment, a spokesperson told RadioTimes.com: "We don't comment on speculation."
Balvinder Sopal

Balvinder is the second soap star to be rumoured for Strictly Come Dancing and if true, she'd continue the annual streak of an EastEnders actor to take part on the show.
Best known for her role as Suki Panesar in EastEnders, Sopal has also had a string of roles in various other soaps including Emmerdale, Coronation Street, Doctors and Hollyoaks.
Vicky Pattison

Vicky Pattison is one of the latest names to be thrown into the mix, with a source telling The Sun that the TV personality is "ready to be out of her comfort zone on the dance floor".
Vicky rose to fame after appearing on Geordie Shore in the 2010s, and later on Ex on the Beach. Since then, she has presented the likes of Judge Geordie and The Honesty Box.
Helen Flanagan

Helen Flanagan is an actress and model who is best known for starring on Coronation Street as Rosie Webster for 12 years.
The actress previously opened up about wanting to take part in the dancing series. During an appearance on the Elle Sera podcast, Helen was asked if she would do reality TV again, to which she replied: "I don't think so. I mean I'd absolutely love to do Strictly at some point. Yeah, I mean I'd be a rubbish dancer, don't get me wrong."
She explained she had been asked to do Strictly or I'm a Celebrity back in 2012 and opted for the jungle, but would "love to do" Strictly.
Thomas Skinner

Paul C Brunson has been a mainstay on TV screens for quite some time, having appeared as a relationship expert on E4's Married at First Sight and Celebs Go Dating. He recently starred alongside Amanda Holden on Netflix's Cheat: Unfinished Business.
"Paul would be the ideal tonic to the dark clouds over Strictly as he's clean-cut, very intelligent and has no scandals to worry about," a source told The Sun.

A source told The Mirror: "He’s a proper character with a very interesting background that looks the part. He would be a great addition to the Strictly line-up. He’s presented a couple of BBC shows and has really impressed."
Stacey Solomon

Stacey Solomon is among the many names rumoured for this year's cast. The TV personality rose to fame in 2009 after taking part in The X Factor, in which she came in third place.
Nowadays, Solomon hosts Sort Your Life Out, a series in which she and her team help families transform their home through decluttering and upcycling - which recently won her a National Television Award.
Angellica Bell

Angellica Bell is a TV presenter who has been a mainstay on TV screens since 2000, when she first began presenting on CBBC. She went on to present the likes of That's Genius!, Xchange, 50/50 and Short Change for the channel.
The TV presenter has previously expressed her interest in taking part in Strictly, having recently told The Sun: "So people have done it and say it's really good.
