Who is competing in the Baltic Sea Darts Open?

Sixteen places go to the top 16 of the PDC Order of Merit and enter in round two and 16 places go to the top 16 of the PDC ProTour Order of Merit (excluding players already qualified via the PDC Order of Merit).

One place goes to the winner of the Nordic & Baltic Associate Member Qualifiers and one goes to the winner of the East European Associate Member Qualifiers.
