The Knicks Just Came to Swift’s Defense
Swift’s loyalty got questioned in New York this week. On a livestream posted Thursday, Nov. 5, Knicks guards Tyler Kolek and Deuce McBride were asked who was the fakest celebrity fan they’d seen courtside. Kolek named Swift, McBride agreed, and Kolek added that “it’s a little performative.”
A day later, the team issued a statement.
“Taylor Swift has been a Knicks fan for many years, has a long history with Madison Square Garden, and we are incredibly appreciative of her support of the organization,” a spokesperson said.
Part of that history includes Kloss. The two went to a Knicks-Bulls game at the Garden on Oct. 29, 2014.
