FARMINGTON, N.Y. — A 43-year-old man from Farmington was arrested Friday morning after an investigation done by the Ontario County Special Investigations Division.
Ontario County Sheriff Deputies say Leonel Melendez-Rodriguez was arrested Friday at 11 a.m. for criminal sale of a controlled substance and was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
