Kentucky just made a big splash in the class of 2026.
The Wildcats landed a commitment from 4-star offensive lineman Tyreek Jemison. He’s now the highest-ranked offensive tackle in Kentucky’s 2026 recruiting class so far.
“They have a plan for me to be a franchise player at Kentucky,” Jemison told Rivals’ Sam Spiegelman when he committed.

Jemison is a huge pickup for the Wildcats. He’s the No. 525 overall player and the No. 47 offensive tackle in the country for this cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings. The Georgia native is also regarded as the No. 62 overall player from the Peach State.
Jemison chose UK over offers from programs such as Georgia Tech, Mizzou, NC State, North Carolina, Ole Miss and plenty of other power-conference programs.
He attends Paulding County High School in Dallas, Georgia. He’s listed at 6-foot-5, 315 pounds.
Kentucky is up to 12 commits in the class of 2026. So far only one recruit has reached Composite 4-star status — safety Messiah Tilson — but it’s possible Jemison or another current UK commit will earn a 4th star before the end of this cycle.
