LAMAR JACKSON has suffered a major $750,000 blow after making a workout decision.
The star quarterback has refused to train with the Baltimore Ravens during the offseason workouts.

As a result, he has forfeited another $750k, taking his total to a staggering $1.5million since 2024.
Fans have been left stunned by the decision as they reacted on social media.
One posted: “I will put on a number 8 jersey and go to the practice if you split the $1.5 mill with me.”
A second wrote: “Off-season workouts are a bore.”
A third commented: “Nothing says you’re overpaid like forfeiting $1.5m.”
A fourth said: “Chump change.”
Another added: “Pocket change to him.”
In order to earn the money, the player must turn up for 80 per cent of the workouts.
Jackson, 28, has it written into his contract that he will get bonuses every year until 2027 if he takes part.
The loss of the money means that his pay packet for 2025 will drop from $43.5m to $42.75m.
Jackson is entitled to make the decision himself if he would prefer to work out elsewhere.
However, if he were to pick up an injury away from the Ravens‘ facilities, then the team may not need to pay him for the year.
He was asked about his workout bonuses at last year’s mandatory mincamp but refused to discuss it.
It is expected he will do the same at the next mandatory minicamp.
Meanwhile, the Ravens are in talks with Jackson over a new contract.
Team general manager Eric DeCosta has claimed that discussions are at an early stage.
He said: “We’ve had some conversations before the draft, after the draft in person last week.
“I think we’re in the introductory stage of looking at what an extension might look like.”
Reports have claimed that Jackson could therefore be offered a new deal worth $300MILLION.
