A man was arrested on a pair of felony menacing charges after police say he threatened another driver with a baseball bat Saturday afternoon near 47th Avenue in Evans.
On Saturday afternoon, Evans police responded to a road rage incident near Florence Avenue and Palermo Avenue, according to a department Facebook post.
