Former Kentucky guard Travis Perry is staying in the SEC next season, committing to Ole Miss. The former 4-star prospect and top-100 recruit in the Class of 2024 revealed his plans on Sunday, per Joe Tipton with On3 Sports.
Perry came to Lexington with a lot of potential as a high-profile, in-state recruit from Eddyville, KY. But the 6-foot-1, 188-pound Perry didn’t play much as a freshman. He did start 4 games for the Wildcats, but only averaged 2.7 points in 31 games. His best game came against Alabama when he scored 12 points.
