Shreyas Iyer produced a rocket throw to send the star Australia National Cricket Team wicketkeeper-batsman Alex Carey packing at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday, March 4.
After every major game, a fielding medal is awarded to an Indian player by the fielding coach T Dilip. This keeps the players motivated and they always remain charged up to contribute their best for the team on the field.
On the first ball of the 48th over, Hardik Pandya bowled a slower delivery to Alex Carey into the deck. The Aussie batter pulled it around the corner and took off for a run.
He celebrated aggressively after producing the wicket for his team, and the Aussie wicketkeeper-batsman was back in the hut after scoring 61 runs off 57 balls, with 8 fours, and 1 six.

How did Australia make it to the semi-finals?
Australia made it to the semi-finals by winning just one match in the group stage against England while their remaining two matches against Afghanistan and South Africa were washed out.
Batting first, England posted a huge total of 351/8 on the board. Opener Ben Duckett led the charge with a stellar 165 off 143 balls, supported by Joe Root’s composed 68 runs.
While chasing the target, Australia suffered early setbacks, losing Travis Head and Steve Smith cheaply. However, Matthew Short and Marnus Labuschagne steadied the ship with brilliant knocks.
It was the biggest successful run-chase in the history of ICC ODI events and Josh Inglis won the Player of the Match award for his iconic knock.
