Today at the Daily Journal we are kicking off the 38th Annual Holiday Food Bank Fund Drive to help support Ukiah’s Food Bank. Each year we host this drive to keep the Food Bank open, the lights on, the refrigerators running and the van on the road. The Food Bank is one of Ukiah’s critical local community services. It helps feed people in need and on fixed incomes, who otherwise might not have enough money to put food on the table. People like our local seniors, veterans, disabled and working families. This past year the Food Bank saw record need for its food. High prices have been especially hard on people with low incomes and the Ukiah Food Bank has been able to get quality food on those ta
