ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 15-year-old boy is recovering after being shot around the Maplewood District on Sunday. Rochester Police responded around 4:15 p.m. and found the boy with a lower-body gunshot wound around Clay Avenue and Lake Avenue. An ambulance took him to Strong Hospital and he is expected to survive. No suspects are in custody and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
