MITCHELL – A local business owner and Mitchell resident brought their flooding frustrations in front of the Mitchell City Council on Monday and criticized the city’s infrastructure performance during the recent storm. The June 20-21 two-day record rainstorm that pummeled Mitchell with 7.7 inches of rain wreaked havoc on TK Electric and left a foot of standing water inside the longtime Mitchell business.
