(WLOX) – Chef Austin Sumrall and his co-workers at White Pillars restaurant in Biloxi are getting things ready a week before a busy Valentine’s Day on Wednesday. “Valentine’s Day I think in any restaurant is one of the busiest days of the year,” Sumrall said. Sumrall has been a chef at White Pillars since 2017. This will be his sixth Valentine’s Day at his business, and he said the menu is prepared. “We have a few Valentine’s Days under our belt that we can look back on and we can look at what we did before and make sure that we’re prepped and ready to go,” he said. Sumrall said White Pillars is already booked for the big day. This year, Valentine’s Day falls on Ash Wednesday
