Results revealed that over the last 10 years, Americans tried about five different workout regimens and had four different, serious partners. In fact, more than two-thirds (68%) are likely to stick with a workout routine that doesn’t necessarily work for them simply because it’s comfortable. Similarly, more than half (53%) of respondents are likely to stay with the wrong partner for the same reason.
