Bhubaneswar: The Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch arrested a Kashmiri fraudster for allegedly posing as an official in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and an Army doctor. A team of STF with the help of local police officials arrested the youth in the Neulpur area in Jajpur district. The accused has been identified as Sayed Ishaan Bukhari (37) alias Ishaan Bukhari alias Dr Ishaan Bukhari. He is a native of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, as per reports. Bukhari was also found to be posing as a neuro-specialist doctor and a close associate of some high-ranking officials of the National Investigation Agency (NIA), as per the STF.
