Yesterday, the soft opening was held at the centre, which now offers dressing rooms for hockey players, ice surfaces, bleachers, a lobby, and restrooms. The township says the extra ice that will be offered from now to December 30 will be allocated to Minor Sports organizations first, followed by adult recreation leagues. The facility closed for renovations in March 2023.
