FINDLAY – Owens Community College is part of the fabric of the communities in its service district, and its vision is to be the connector between people, industry and the dynamic growth in the region. Owens President Dione D. Somerville highlighted the strategic objectives of Owens’ new five-year strategic plan for faculty, staff and community guests during her State of the College address Aug. 21. The address was held twice, at the Findlay campus in the morning and again on the Perrysburg campus in the afternoon. Somverville is beginning her third year at the college.
