A Willits man was arrested Wednesday after cameras in Ukiah spotted the stolen car he was riding in, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, around 3:40 p.m. Nov. 16, one of the cameras in the Flock license plate reader system installed throughout the city alerted officers that a vehicle reported stolen earlier that day was driving in Ukiah. The vehicle was a 2007 Honda that had been reported stolen to the San Jose Police Department by the owner, who said he parked and secured in on Nov. 15, then it was taken without his permission.
