Russian Sports Minister Oleg Matytsin and head of the General Sports Federation, Firas Mualla signed the agreement at the international sports forum “Russia – A Sports Power,” which is being held in Moscow. The agreement includes holding joint sports activities  in  boxing, judo, karate, weightlifting, swimming, tennis, basketball, wrestling, athletics and football.
