           The Maritime Customs Administration (Hamad Port Customs) has thwarted an attempt to smuggle prohibited tobacco and a large number of cigarettes that were hidden in a tea shipment. These products were being smuggled to evade the payment of Customs duties and tax, the General Authority of Customs said in a tweet. The Customs authorities seized a total of 3,250kg of the tobacco substance and 700,000 cigarettes.
