Israeli soldiers guarding Jewish settlers who were visiting Joseph’s Tomb on the outskirts of Nablus opened fire on a Palestinian man as he drove his car through the area. The man was injured by a bullet to the foot and shrapnel to his face. "A young man was surprised that occupation soldiers were in his way and they opened fire on his vehicle, wounding him and overturning the car," Ahmed Jibril, the head of the emergency department at the Palestinian Red Crescent in Nablus told Al-Araby Al-Jade
