Mr. Joshua Gimbert On April 27th, 2021, Deputy Dallas Eddie and Officer Bob Lowrey were speaking to Joshua Gimbert at the dam on Corps Ln. Mr. Gimbert had a warrent out of Putnam County for failure to appear. After placing him under arrest and conducting a search of his person, a used hypodermic syringe and tourniquet was found. After conducting a search of his vehicle, a scale with crystal- like residue, 2 separate pill bottles, a small baggie containing 15.49 grams of marijuana packaged for sale, cash, and drug paraphernalia was found. Additional drugs were found inside of a lockbox in the vehicle. Mr.Gimbert was transported to the Smith County Sherrif’s office for processing.
