The third dialogue meeting on the human rights situation between Qatar and the European External Action Service (EEAS) was held on Monday via videoconferencing. Qatar's delegation to the meeting was headed by HE Acting Director of the Human Rights Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Turki bin Abdullah al-Mahmoud, while the EEAS delegation was headed by the Head of Arabian Peninsula, Iraq and Regional Policies Division at the European External Action Service, Gabriel Munuera Vinals. During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments on the human rights situation in Qatar, especially matters related to expatriate and domestic workers, the State's commitment to the rights
