Six senior girls of the DPS-Modern Indian School (DPS-MIS) participated in the Qatar Debate Nationals (Girls) and bagged the runner-up trophy. The competition was organised through online platform Zoom recently. The team of Soha Ali, Hrithika Theres Tom, and Tianna Samal along with the team of Deepa Kale, Victoria Honoridez and Priyal Dhade put up a tough fight against their opponents in the semi-finals and clinched the runner-up trophy. Deepa Kale earned the top speaker’s position followed by Hrithika Theres Tom and Tejaswi Manoj at the sixth position. The competition provided the debaters a truly memorable experience and honed their argumentative skills.
