BAN vs SL Pitch & Weather Report: How Will Korogi Sports Park Play?
The Korogi Sports Park surface has been difficult for batters. The slower nature of the surface has made timing the ball harder, particularly during the middle overs.
Both teams are likely to rely heavily on their spin options. Batters who spend time at the crease could become increasingly important, while the captain winning the toss may prefer to bat first and put runs on the board.
Weather conditions in Nisshin are expected to be much more favorable on October 3. The morning forecast points to sunny conditions, with temperatures around 20°C at the start of play and no significant rain threat.
Bangladesh Predicted Playing XI:
Litton Das (c & wk), Tanzid Hasan Tamim, Saif Hasan, Towhid Hridoy, Yasir Ali, Mosaddek Hossain, Mahedi Hasan, Rishad Hossain, Nasum Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman, Shoriful Islam.

BAN vs SL Key Players & Key Battles to Watch
Bangladesh: Towhid Hridoy, Mustafizur Rahman, Litton Das
Sri Lanka: Sahan Arachchige, Niroshan Dickwella, Chamika Karunaratne
Key Battles
Niroshan Dickwella vs Mustafizur Rahman:
Niroshan Dickwella will need to handle Mustafizur Rahman's cutters and pace variations during the powerplay. After an expensive semi-final, Mustafizur will be keen to make an impact with the new ball.
Towhid Hridoy vs Dushan Hemantha:
Towhid Hridoy's aggressive approach could be tested by Dushan Hemantha's leg-spin in the middle overs. Bangladesh will need Hridoy to maintain the scoring rate without giving the spinner an easy wicket.
Litton Das vs Nuwan Thushara:
Litton Das will look to attack during the powerplay, while Nuwan Thushara will rely on his slingy action and yorkers to restrict the Bangladesh captain.
