Kiera Menna of Woodland, California has announced her verbal commitment to continue her academic and athletic career at the University of Arizona.

Menna swims for UC Davis Aquatics and Davis Senior High School. She most recently competed at Summer Juniors where she was 57th in the 50 free (26.69), 100th in the 100 back (1:08.58), and 62nd in the 50 fly (28.37). At the end of July, she notably swam to a lifetime best 26.43 LCM 50 free at Futures in Sacramento to earn a 5th place finish.
Back in May, she swam to a lifetime best 23.12 50 free while leading off Davis Senior’s 200 free relay at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Championship.

50 free: 23.12 100 free: 51.66 100 back: 55.81 100 fly: 56.71The Arizona women finished 2nd at the 2026 Big 12 Championships with 1442.5 points, finishing behind Arizona State’s 1660.5 points. Arizona was led by Kayman Neal who scored 67 individual points including a 2nd place finish in the 200 free (1:45.33).
Based on her best times, Menna would have made the Big 12 ‘C’ final in the 50 free. Arizona had three ‘A’ finalists, two ‘B’ finalists, and one ‘C’ finalist in the event at Big 12s this past season and were led by Julia Wozniak who was 2nd in a 21.93.
Menna will arrive next fall as a member of the class of 2031 along with Lexi Tippie, Kendall Jollands, Dylon Flikkema, and Alexandra Sartie Barrutia.
