ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Back to green on the Threat Tracker as Wednesday’s severe weather outbreak is over. Huge storms brought intense lightning, damaging wind, power outages, hail, flooding and possible tornadoes. Thankfully those storms have moved out of the region and going forward much nicer weather days ahead. For Thursday skies are clearing with some sunshine in the forecast and temps near 80 degrees. Dry and pleasant for any outdoor plans. A few clouds with a shower possible tonight into very early Friday morning before skies clear for a nice end to the week.
Any morning clouds on Friday will clear nicely for some sunshine. Cooler and less humid weather will settle in later Friday and last through the weekend. Partly to mostly sunny skies Saturday and Sunday. Temps in the low to mid 70s during the day and a bit cool in the 50s at night. Labor Day looks beautiful with sunshine and 70s. Looking ahead to next week with school getting started it looks fair on Tuesday with showers possible middle of next week.
